In an effort to meet kids where they’re at in math, we use a lot of colored card stock to create math activities. These activities help reinforce known concepts and also promote growth in students as they strive to meet their instructional goals in math. Using colored card stock is important for two reasons. One, it makes the activity durable; and two, the colors help teachers and students quickly identify skill level and category.
