As a new teacher I didn’t have any posters, or money, so I made all my classroom decor. I loved customizing my room to match the school, and have repeated the recycled look since.
I used old boxes I found around the school, a pot of black paint, and a couple rolls of duct tape to decorate these tall, empty walls. I made a large cardboard “bulletin board” to hang colorful student work, I love showcasing their work AND brightening up the room!
