My classroom is designed to make students alert through the use of bright colors and bright design elements. Although I have an Owl theme and it is “cute” the decor is very functional as well with every piece having a specific reason for being there and a specific reasoning on the location. My classroom was selected as a model classroom for the East Baton Rouge Parish School district and as a model classroom for my school Riveroaks Elementary in Baton Rouge, LA.
